What’s included in the monthly fee?
Your plan covers everything you need to get started: design and build, hosting, security updates, support, and ongoing maintenance.
Do I own my website?
Yes, all your content, branding and domain are yours. If you decide to leave after your 12-month contract, we can provide a copy of your site as HTML/CSS. However you would no longer be able to edit it on our platform.
Is there an upfront cost?
Yes, the different packages all have a set up cost. Please refer to the pricing table.
What happens if I stop paying?
If payments stop, your website will be taken offline.
Can I cancel anytime?
We ask for a minimum 12-month commitment. After that, you’re free to continue month-to-month or move your site elsewhere.
Will my site show up on Google?
Yes, we’ll submit your site to Google and make sure it’s search-friendly with the right structure and meta tags.
What's not included?
Our packages do not include e-commerce websites, or websites with any complex functionality such as booking systems or membership facilties. Please contact us if you require a site with such features.
